1. Information We Collect
When you browse our site, place an order, or book a service, we may collect:

- Children’s names and ages (for activity planning only)
- Order details, party preferences, and special instructions
- Anonymous website usage data (for service improvement)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and manage the services and products you book
- To process payments and confirm bookings
- To send reminders, updates, and service-related communications
- To prepare age-appropriate activities and customized party content
- To improve our website and overall customer experience
3. Sharing & Third-Party Services
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store payment details.
- We may use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to review anonymous usage data.
4. Booking & Eligibility
Our services are designed primarily for children aged 3–12. All bookings and payments must be made by an adult (18+).
5. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- A deposit is required to reserve your requested date and time.
- Custom balloon products and gifts require full prepayment.
- Deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 7 days before the event.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, except in special circumstances.
- In cases of severe weather or force majeure, we will work with you to reschedule or refund.
6. Safety & Liability
- A parent or guardian must be present at all times during services.
- Clients are responsible for providing a safe setup environment for rented or on-site equipment.
- While we use safe, compliant materials, we cannot guarantee against individual allergic reactions.
7. Materials & Sustainability
We prioritize biodegradable latex balloons and reusable materials whenever possible. Reusable items are often offered as rentals and collected after events to reduce waste.
8. Photos & Content Usage
Photos or videos taken during services may be used for promotional purposes
(such as our website and social media).
To protect privacy, children’s faces and other identifying features will be blurred.
Please notify us at booking if you prefer your child’s images not be used.
9. Cookies
Our website may use cookies to improve functionality and user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be affected.
