How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks
ahead—peak dates and holidays fill up fast.
Balloon products and custom services should be reserved
at least 2 weeks
ahead.
Can I change my booking details at the last minute?
Yes! You can update party details (theme,address, headcount, etc.) via the confirmation email up to
2 days before
the event.
But for the service time and duration, you need to contact us to make changes up to
7 days before
the event to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or changes can be made up to 7 days before the event.
Deposits are fully refundable
within this time frame.
For cancellations within 7 days
of the event, the $50 deposit is non-refundable, as the date has been reserved and party preparations have already begun.
Changes within 7 days are subject to availability.
If I cancel my booking, is the deposit refundable?
Full refunds are available if you cancel 7 days or more
prior to your party. After that window, deposits are non-refundable.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
- For party services, the deposit is $50.

For custom balloon products, full payment is required in advance
due to the customized nature of the items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards (Stripe), e-Transfers, and you can pay the balance
in person
on the day of the party.
