🎪 Booking & Cancellations

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead—peak dates and holidays fill up fast. Balloon products and custom services should be reserved at least 2 weeks ahead.
Can I change my booking details at the last minute?
Yes! You can update party details (theme,address, headcount, etc.) via the confirmation email up to 2 days before the event.
But for the service time and duration, you need to contact us to make changes up to 7 days before the event to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or changes can be made up to 7 days before the event.
Deposits are fully refundable within this time frame.
For cancellations within 7 days of the event, the $50 deposit is non-refundable, as the date has been reserved and party preparations have already begun.
Changes within 7 days are subject to availability.
If I cancel my booking, is the deposit refundable?
Full refunds are available if you cancel 7 days or more prior to your party. After that window, deposits are non-refundable.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
  • For party services, the deposit is $50.
  • For custom balloon products, full payment is required in advance due to the customized nature of the items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards (Stripe), e-Transfers, and you can pay the balance in person on the day of the party.

🎉 On the Day of the Party

What do I need to prepare?
We bring all supplies—balloons, paints, prizes, stickers, etc. You need to provide:
  • A quiet corner (better with power outlet for balloon twisting)
  • Tables and chairs for face-painting and crafts(If you need us to bring table and chairs, please Let us know in advance!)
Do I need to arrange parking?
Yes—if free parking isn’t available, any parking fees are at the client’s expense.
Do parents need to stay and supervise?
Yes. At least one adult is required to be present at all times.
Parents are responsible for general supervision while we focus on entertainment and activities.
What ages do you serve?
Our packages are designed for children ages 3–12.
Activities and designs can be adjusted based on age and group size.
What happens if there are more children than expected?
Additional fees apply if the number of children exceeds the package limit.
Within the recommended group size, activities may be adjusted based on the actual number of children.
Our goal is to keep every child engaged and happy.

🎁 Gifts & Decorations

Can I order balloon products on their own?
Yes! Goodie bags and balloon figures start at a minimum order of 10, and you can choose your delivery date separately.
Other custom balloon products are available for purchase and delivery extra.
Are balloon products customizable?
Yes—you can choose balloon styles, themes, eco-friendly options, and include small personalized treats.

✨ Service Details & Sustainability

Are your materials eco-friendly?
We prioritize biodegradable latex balloons and reusable materials.
Reusable items are collected after the party and are often offered as rentals to reduce waste.
Does service time vary by headcount?
To accommodate different needs, service content may be adjusted based on the total number of participants.
If the headcount exceeds the recommended range, additional service time and fees may apply.
How many staff come to my party?
Standard bookings include one Party Witch. Contact us if you need additional staff.

What can I buy or rent separately?
  • Balloon Goodie Bags and Balloon Figures (10 minimum order) — standalone purchase
  • Other custom balloon products — purchase & delivery extra
  • Party rental must be booked together with a party service

You may also complete a booking first, and we’ll follow up with personalized options using the contact information you provided.

📋 Pricing & Inclusions

  • All party packages include materials, labor, and basic travel within the free range.
  • Clients must provide at least one parking spot (or cover parking fees).
  • Commercial liability insurance or special permits are not included; please inquire for quotes.
